We all need to be able to read and understand the Word of God like never before. Our access to teaching from other people has reduced very much, but we continue to need to make progress in holiness of life.

God’s Word is “unfolded” for us, through the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit in our minds. Like a carefully folded work of origami, we can take it apart, to learn it’s processes and hidden mechanisms that have been constructed by the maker. As we unfold and refold, we learn the ways of God and they become part of our psyche.

As we do this repeatedly, we make progress in knowing God and sanctifying our lives for His glory. As we unfold the paper pages, the very light of Christ shines out to us and fills our darkened mind to understand and obey.

No matter how foolish we are, we can get understanding. It is not about intelligence, but is for those who desire wisdom. God will abundantly bless those who seek Him and give them that rare gift. As we continue to unfold the Word, so all that is valuable will multiply and all that is worthless will fade away.
