Not all…

Hosea 1:6-7

“… I will no longer show love to Israel, that I should at all forgive them. Yet I will show love to Judah; and I will save them—not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but I, the LORD their God, will save them.” …

Not everyone will be saved from the coming judgment and not everyone is going to be forgiven. There are people who are not chosen and who will not receive the love of God. They are the unrepentant and stubborn unbelievers in the Lord their God.

We can get upset about this and get ourselves in a bother, trying to figure out the ways of God, but we can’t. He will work all things out for the good and according to His purposes. We trust Him in that. We ensure that we are trusting Him and following the narrow way.

God will save His people. It will not be through, or using the things of this world, but through His own power. God will save, as salvation is from Him, through Him and for His glory. Those who belong to Him are partakers in that glory.

No child of God needs to fret or be disturbed by anything and as we rely on His power and exercise faith in His sovereign will, we do not fear.
